City government openings this month, security officer here

The city and county near Seattle both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Do they prefer local residents?

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
