City government openings this month (Hartford)

The city and county near Hartford both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Anyone applied for one?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
