City government openings this month - first time posting

The city and county near Providence both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. It has been a long 5 weeks. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. How long did it take to hear back?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
