City government openings this month - first time posting

Carlos Haddad · 2026-06-18T17:59:40.784Z

The city and county near Baltimore both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. It has been weighing on me all week. Hiring is slower than private jobs. How long did it take to hear back?

Follow the instructions exactly. They screen out applications with missing sections.

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.
