City government openings this month (Cleveland)

The city and county near Cleveland both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. Any experience at all would help. Some need a short exam. Anyone applied for one?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
