I found several public-sector postings with benefits and a steady schedule. It has been a long 10 weeks. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Anyone applied for one?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
