City government openings this month - any advice?

The city and county near Pittsburgh both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. Thank you in advance. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. How long did it take to hear back?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
