City government openings this month after 10 years as a forklift operator

The city and county near Raleigh both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. Some need a short exam. How long did it take to hear back?

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.
