City government openings this month - 4 weeks in

The school district in Raleigh is hiring support staff. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Do they prefer local residents?

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
