CDL openings I noticed this week - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Dallas is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
