CDL openings I noticed this week - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Madison. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
