CDL openings I noticed this week - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Boise. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
