CDL openings I noticed this week - any advice?

A regional carrier near Raleigh is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
