Apprenticeship openings for electricians and welders - what worked for you?

A local apprenticeship programme is taking applicants for the next intake. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Applications close in 20 weeks. Did anyone go through it?

Bring your transcripts and any proof of work history. They asked for both in the interview.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
