Apprenticeship openings for electricians and welders (Sacramento)

The training centre near Sacramento opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The application needs a diploma or equivalent, a driver's licence and a short aptitude test. Did anyone go through it?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
