Apprenticeship openings for electricians and welders

I heard of an apprenticeship with paid on-the-job training for people changing careers. It has been weighing on me all week. Applications close in 14 weeks. Did anyone go through it?

You earn while you learn, but the first year is tight. Plan your budget carefully.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
