Apprenticeship openings for electricians and welders - any advice?

Morgan Baptiste · 2026-08-17T17:32:10.513Z

The training centre near Seattle opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The application needs a diploma or equivalent, a driver's licence and a short aptitude test. What do you wish you had known?

The aptitude test was mostly maths and reading a diagram. Free practice tests online were enough for me.
