Apprenticeship openings for electricians and welders - any advice?

The training centre near Jacksonville opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Applications close in 19 weeks. Did anyone go through it?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

You earn while you learn, but the first year is tight. Plan your budget carefully.
