Who watches the kids during interviews? - what worked for you?

I have 16 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have been trying to stay organised about it. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.
