Who watches the kids during interviews? - what worked for you?

I have 7 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
