Who watches the kids during interviews? - what worked for you?

I have 13 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. How long did subsidies take?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 5 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
