Who watches the kids during interviews? - what worked for you?

I have 4 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 13 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
