Who watches the kids during interviews? - what worked for you?

I have 11 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. Any experience at all would help. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
