Who watches the kids during interviews? - what worked for you?

I have 6 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 6 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
