Who watches the kids during interviews? - what worked for you?

I have 4 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I do not usually post, so bear with me. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
