Who watches the kids during interviews? (update)

I have 4 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. Thank you in advance. I am willing to trade favours. What worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
