Who watches the kids during interviews? (update)

Lukas Osei · 2026-05-05T16:29:40.841Z

I have 14 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 17 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
