Who watches the kids during interviews? (update)

I have 7 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. Any experience at all would help. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 23 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
