Who watches the kids during interviews? (update)

My hours will change when I find a job and childcare is my biggest worry. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am willing to trade favours. What worked for you?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 13 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
