Who watches the kids during interviews?, security officer here

I have 10 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
