Who watches the kids during interviews?, school bus driver here

I have 6 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. Thank you in advance. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
