Who watches the kids during interviews? (San Diego)

I have 11 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 23 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
