Who watches the kids during interviews? (Pittsburgh)

I have 3 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
