Who watches the kids during interviews? - first time posting

I have 18 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. It has been a long 7 weeks. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
