Who watches the kids during interviews? - first time posting

I have 8 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. Any experience at all would help. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 17 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
