Who watches the kids during interviews? - first time posting

I have 5 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A neighbour offered help but not every day.

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
