Who watches the kids during interviews? - first time posting

I have 11 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long.

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.
