Who watches the kids during interviews? - first time posting

I have 3 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
