Who watches the kids during interviews?

I have 10 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
