Who watches the kids during interviews? - any advice?

I have 17 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
