Who watches the kids during interviews? - any advice?

I have 13 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 7 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
