Who watches the kids during interviews? - any advice?

I have 7 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I worked as a machine operator before this. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
