Who watches the kids during interviews? - any advice?

I have 9 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. It has been a long 4 weeks. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 4 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
