Who watches the kids during interviews? - any advice?

I have 16 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
