Who watches the kids during interviews? - any advice?

I have 3 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
