Who watches the kids during interviews? - any advice?

The daycare near me wants more than I can pay. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 4 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
