Who watches the kids during interviews? - any advice?

I have 4 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. It has been a long 26 weeks. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.
