Who watches the kids during interviews? - any advice?

I have 17 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. Thank you in advance. I am willing to trade favours. Is there an emergency option?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 2 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
