Who watches the kids during interviews? after 9 years as a social media manager

I have 9 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. It has been weighing on me all week. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
