Who watches the kids during interviews? after 7 years as an IT help-desk technician

I have 7 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am willing to trade favours. How long did subsidies take?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
